姿势 and 姿态

姿势 and 姿态 both indicate “posture.” When they are applied to human beings and facial expression, the two can be interchanged.

(1) 她走路时姿态（姿势）十分优雅。

When it indicates only the gesture regardless of the expression, 姿势 and not 姿态 is used.

(2) 他端枪的姿势很标准。
(3) 你下次照相的时候能换一个姿势吗？
(4) 他保持这个姿势很久了。

Sometimes, 姿势 can be applied to animals or plants.

(5) 这只小狗睡觉的姿势很可爱。

姿态 also means “manner and bearing,” but 姿势 has no such meaning.

(6) 这位演员最近以高姿态复出，吸引了媒体的关注。
(7) 他以胜利者的姿态站在了领奖台上。

“姿势”和“姿态”都可以表示体态，当它们都用于人并和申请有关时，可以换用。
当表示人的具体样子，与神情无关时，用“姿势”，不用“姿态”。
有时“姿势”还可用于动植物。
“姿态”还有态度和气度的意思，“姿势”则没有这个意思。
