IELTS Study Tips: Speaking Listen carefully to others and reuse their vocabulary or expressions if they are good. 备考雅思小贴士：口语——三思而后“言”。开口说话之前，先准备一下，把自己要说的话大概在脑子里过一遍。学会使用“er”、“um”这些语气词，英语国家的人就是用这些词来填补话语空白的，这样可以多些思考的时间。若想在交谈中对对方的话给予评论，一定要准备好再说话。用“Yes, I think I agree with you but ...”、“Yes, that's a good question...”这些表达来避免出现沉默。 如果没听懂想让对方重复一下，或者给些解释性的话语，或者干脆你需要些时间来应答，就可以说“I didn't quite get that, could you say it again?” IELTS Study Tips: Speaking - Think before you speak. Give yourself time to prepare and say key sentences in your head before you start. Learn the typical delaying sounds like 'er' or 'um' which are used by English speakers to give themselves time to think. In conversations give yourself extra thinking time by commenting on what the other person said. "Yes, I think I agree with you but ..." "Yes, that's a good question..." Try to avoid silences. Ask for repetition or explanation if you need it or even if you need time to think of a reply. "I didn't quite get that, could you say it again?" |
