“财富”和“财产”都指较多的物质资料、钱物等。“财富”意义较抽象，可用于精神方面；“财产”意义较具体，有时也可用于比喻。当既指具体钱物又带有泛指意义时，两者可以通用。
Both 财富 and 财产 mean "material wealth." The meaning of 财富 is more abstract, and can be used in a spiritual sense. 财产 is more concrete, but can also be used metaphorically. When specifically referring to money or general referring to property or goods, then the two words are interchangeable.
