1.这四个词语都表示无关紧要、没有妨碍。都可以用于下面两句中。
The four phrases all mean "to be of no importance". In the two examples below, any of the four can be used to mean the same thing.
（1）——对不起，我来晚了。
——不要紧（没关系/没什么/没事儿）。
（2）没关系（不要紧/没什么/没事儿），我不疼。
从结构上看，“不要紧”可拆开，说“不大要紧”、“不怎么要紧”）等；“没关系”可说“没什么关系”；“没事儿”可以说“没什么事儿”；但“没什么”中间不能插入其他成分。
To view from the structure, 不要紧 can be split into 不大要紧, 不怎么要紧；没关系 can be split into 没什么关系；没事儿 into 没什么事儿； but 没什么 can't be split.
（3）我的伤已经不大要紧了。
（4）他们已经和好了，没什么事儿了。
（5）他已经没有生命危险，没什么关系了。

2.“不要紧”等还可以表示表面上似乎无关紧要（后一分句有转折，指出实际上有影响）。
不要紧 can be used in the subordinate clause to tell that something seems to be of no importance, but really does harm (stated in the main clause).
（1）他这一走不要紧（没关系），把我们全锁在这里了。
（2）你不去看电影没关系（没事儿），但你应该把票给我呀。
这时前面常有“一”。“没关系”一般不这样用。
In such cases, 一 is often used in front of the verb to indicate an action to be followed by a result. 没关系 cannot be used in this way.

3.“没关系”还可以用于客气话，礼貌用语，用作回答对方的“对不起”。
没关系 etc. can also be used as a response to another person's apology.
（1）——对不起，我撞到你了。
——没关系（不要紧/没什么/没事儿）。

4.“没事儿”还可以表示事情不大。
没事儿 can also be used to mean "nothing serious".
（1）——怎么了？
——没事儿。
（2）——你的病怎么样了？
——没事儿，吃了点药就好了。
