Scene： 鱼游动 / fishes swimming
Examples： 游泳 [yóuyǒng]，游水 [yóushuǐ]
Description： 游 means to swim in the water. It is extended to mean that something is moving in 游资, or 游牧. It can also mean to visit, e.g. 游北京 (visit Beijing).
浮 [fú]
Scene： 小球浮出水面 / a ball surfacing
Examples： 浮桥 [fúqiáo]，浮力 [fúlì]，浮标 [fúbiāo]，浮萍 [fúpíng]，浮光掠影 [fúguānglüèyǐng]
Description： 浮 means to float still on the water or in the air. It can also mean the process in which a submerged object rises up to the water’s surface.
漂 [piāo]
Scene： 树叶漂在水面上 / leaves floating on the water
Examples： 漂流 [piāoliú]，漂移 [piāoyí]，漂泊 [piāobó]，漂零 [piāolíng]，漂游 [piāoyóu]
Description： 漂 means to float on the water or drift down the stream. It is othen used in a figurative sense, e.g. 漂泊 (lead a wandering life).
浸 [jìn]
Scene： 把衣服浸一浸 / soaking clothes for a moment
Examples： 浸泡，浸润，浸染
Description： 浸 means to submerge something in a liquid. Figuratively, the word 沉浸 is commonly used to describe someone who is fully devoted to something.
