滚 [gǔn]

• Description：

  滚 means to roll along or down a surface. It is also an imperative sentence which means “beat it”.

擀 [gǎn]

• Scene：

  擀面 / rolling dough

• Examples：

  擀毡，擀面杖

• Description：

  擀 means to roll with a rod or pole, and is mostly (if not always) used with 面 dough, which is an essential step in making Chinese dumplings (饺子).

卷 [juǎn]

• Description：

转 [zhuàn]
