采用, 采取 and 采纳
cǎiyòng, cǎiqǔ and cǎinà

These three verbs all mean "to put something on the body".

采用 means “(after weighing the pros and cons) to adopt or use a material or a style.” Its object can be concrete or abstract. 采取 means “choose an attitude or implement a guideline, etc.” 采纳 means "(higher authorities) consider and accept (somebody's advice, etc.).” 加以 (used before a disyllabic verb to indicate that the action is directed towards something or somebody mentioned earlier) may precede 采用 and 采纳.
(1) 这次的产品是 采用新技术生产出来的。
(2) 您的作品一经 采用，我们会马上通知您。
(3) 想不到这群窃贼会如此猖獗，看来警方有必要 采取一些行动了。
(4) 同样的事情，他却 采取了不一样的态度。
(5) 上级最终 采纳了他的意见。
(6) 你提的这些建议，我们会考虑之后加以 采纳。

In the examples above, the three phrases are not interchangeable.

Besides, 采取 can also mean “to sample (fingerprints, blood group, etc.)”.
(7) 医生根据 采取的血样来判断病人的病情。

采用 and 采取 are interchangeable only in certain cases, e.g. when the object is carries an abstract meaning.
(8) 这次比赛 采取（采用）淘汰制，胜利的球队直接晋级。
(9) 我们想 采用（采取）新的互动方式，使这次的活动更加有吸引力。

When the object is both the adopted method and the accepted proposal, 采纳 and 采用 are also interchangeable.
(10) 经过一番讨论，我们最终决定 采用（采纳）他的这个方案。

“采用”表示（经过权衡认为恰当）加以利用，宾语从具体的“材料”到抽象的“方式”等都可以。“采取”表示根据情况选择或实施一种态度、方针等。“采纳”则表示（常为上级对下级）认为合理而接受（意见等）。“采用”和“采纳”可加“加以”。
以上三个词不能互换。
另外，“采取”还可以表示取（指纹、血样等）。
“采用”和“采取”只在少数情况下可以互换，如宾语是方式、手段等，意思又比较抽象时。
当宾语既是被选用的恰当方法，又是被接受的建议等时，“采用”和“采纳”可以互换。
